VistaPrint® Embroidered Cap

I sent my logo awhile back last October for a special character on a ball cap and the proof looked fine. Made a few tweaks, resent. When the hat arrived, the stitching was nowhere near what it looked like on the proof and the open space areas of the artwork were filled in. How'd that happen? Not good. Called and chatted with the rep, he understood the problem, and sent me a proof which was the same "correct" proof from before. He guaranteed that the hats would be correct this time around, "No worries!" Where have you heard that before? New hats shipped in a timely fashion, but the hat was the exact same mistake as the first time. He credited me the first round of hats, but I paid for the 2nd in advance. Only two test hats, but it was not even worth calling back because of the loss of time and effort. We've done limited # of other hats with Vistaprint in the past, but I have been reluctant to go back to them again and expect a better outcome. At least it fit!

The logo had to be simplified a lot to get the design set up for embroidery but it turned out really well. Pleasantly surprised and will be ordering more.

Vista Prints Always does an excellent job with my hats. I will continue to use them for all my orders.

Our embroidered hats look great! Clearly good quality for an affordable price. My one note of improvement would be the proof process. VistaPrint shared that they created an enhanced version of our logo, but we didn’t see a proof of it on the hat so the logo came out larger than we expected. While they did warn us that it might change the final result, it would’ve been nice to see what exactly that meant. All in all, the hat still looks great!
