I purchased 3 jackets. The first one I received the letters were slanted. Customer service was great and remade it. It was sent at no charge. Unfortunately the letters still didn’t come out very well. The jacket is for the doctor and it doesn’t look quality. The jackets is great but the custom design didn’t come out as well as I’d hoped.
