I thought I was getting an embroidered logo

I've Had T-shirts made with an embroidered logo in the past and for some reason, this one didn't come with an embroidered logo therefore, I am not very happy with this purchase. I am completely disappointed.

Please note that this particular shirt is only available with heat printing, which differs from the embroidery method. You can browse the T-shirt product page for T-shirts with the embroidery option. This can be done by selecting the Decoration button and then clicking Embroidery.
