Nice bags, but logo is too small on small bags

Thank you for sharing a review. We regret your discontent with the size of your logo's print on the paper bags. We apologize for the inconvenience and regret that, despite our customer service representatives' best efforts, the problem persists. After reviewing your design, we regret having to inform you that the printing space for small and medium bags differs. We are regretfully unable to widen the artwork any further as the small size has a significantly reduced print area. In order to discuss the issue in further detail and work toward a solution you'll be happy with, we sent you an email, and we eagerly await your reply.
