Small Texts + Difficult to read because of poor color contrast

I always print my business cards with Vistaprint (great service over all). This last print was the problem - I decided to go with the premium finish by having a semi transparent card. Following the step I filled in my details in the template and applied my banding. However when the cards arrive - my assistant quickly alerted me that they are not readable. Please tell me what can be done - I can send pics of the final out but I am in South America and shipping to the US is costly. Please help.

They were nice. They didn't come out as see-through as I thought and the logo is pretty blurry and has to be really big in order to see on the card and the letters are not as textured or where you can feel them as much as I thought it would be. Still pretty cool though.

My first cards were clear, which was a bold choice… maybe too bold. 😂 The frosted version is the glow-up they needed. People can actually read them now, and I have much more confidence they’re making it into pockets instead of garbage cans.
