When I reordered my business cards last year the ones I received were a different color pink, so I reordered; Vistaprint acknowledged the error and assured me they'd do the cards in the correct color, providing the number of the color and a color file that I approved. I received the re-orders and they're the wrong color also! I appreciate the customer service and replacement orders (a banner and signs were the incorrect color too!) at no charge, but I really want the correct color!

We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially after you approved the specific color file and Pantone reference and have already gone through multiple reprints, including other items that arrived in the wrong color. We are very sorry that the outcome continues to be unsatisfactory. To help achieve the most accurate color result possible, we recommend confirming the exact CMYK values for your desired pink and ensuring your file is set up in CMYK color mode rather than RGB. Even when a specific color reference is provided, variations can occur during the conversion and printing process if the file settings differ. If you can share the CMYK breakdown you would like us to match, we can review it carefully with our production team before moving forward. We genuinely want to get this right for you. Please reply with the exact CMYK values or updated file, and we will take a closer look and assist further so this can be resolved properly. My order was not what I expected. The customer service agents I spoke to were all very kind and attentive to what I asked and made sure I got what I was asking for BUT, when my order arrived, it was not to my liking. One package was dirty and stained the other had items strewed all over the place. I had better standards in mind when I decided to deal with Quil.
