My qr code worked just fine when I was editing and now its printed, they do not work.

We are sorry to hear that the QR code on the postcards is not working. We've done some checks on our end and found that it's not working on the image that was uploaded to us. We are happy to provide you with a free replacement order. Please upload a new image with a functional QR code, save it, and then reply to this email/message so we can review and proceed with the new order. You also have the option to generate a QR code in the edit studio. Feel free to contact us directly for any assistance needed.
