Flimsy, cheap material

The printing on this was done well, however, much like the other bags available for branding, this bag is not the same quality listed in the description. The material is very thin and flimsy, the stitching is all visible and it does not present well or stay on a shoulder.
We have requested a refund for this item, but unfortunately VistaPrint doesn't respond until you post a negative review.
