The design studio did display a warning indicating that the image might appear blurry when printed at a larger size. Despite this notice, the order was still placed, which resulted in the final wall decal having fuzzy or less-defined lines when enlarged. Our printing process is fully automated, and files are printed as uploaded without manual adjustments or edits. Because of this, we’re unable to tighten or refine design elements during production. For future orders—especially for large-format items like wall decals—we recommend using a higher-resolution or vector-based design to ensure sharp, clean lines at full size.
