Built to outlast the elements
Our outdoor canopy tents are engineered for real life: The heavy-duty steel frame has 0.5" thick criss-cross support poles for extra stability, and the water-resistant, UV-protected polyester fabric is NFPA 701-certified flame-retardant for added peace of mind. At 51.5 lbs., this industrial-grade steel build has some heft – but the included wheeled case makes it easy to move and set up, solo or with a partner. For extra hold in windy conditions, pick up ground stakes and rope at your local hardware store to anchor your pop-up shelter.
Brand it your way
With bold dye sublimation printing, your custom tent with logo becomes a 360° billboard. Use our design tool to drop in artwork (150 DPI or higher, please) and preview every angle before you order. Already own a VistaPrint canopy tent frame? Skip the new frame and simply order a replacement canopy fabric to update your booth branding, launch a new product or run a seasonal promotion. (Compatible with VistaPrint frames purchased on or after April 8, 2026 – see FAQ for details) Want a complete mobile storefront? You’ll create your custom canopy in our 3D design studio. Once there you can add backgrounds, images, shapes, text and more. As you add each of these things, you’ll be able to see them on your fully-assembled tent. You’ll even be able to turn it around and to the side for a view of all angles. Make sure you pay close attention to the safety lines shown so your design is visible from all angles. Need more help? Contact our design experts.
We recommend a 2-person setup for the fastest assembly – typically under 5 minutes:
1. Prep: Stand the frame up, then pull the legs slightly apart. Drape the fabric over the top, attaching it at each corner.
2. Expand: Alternating at each end of the tent, pull the legs of the frame apart slowly, until the frame is fully extended.
3. Lift: Unlock the frame’s corner connectors and lift until they click into place. Use the crank to raise the canopy’s point.
4. Secure: Double check the corner connectors.
Setting up solo? Just walk each leg out a few inches at a time, corner by corner, to keep the frame balanced. It'll take a bit longer than a 2-person setup, but works well in a pinch.
Yes. The durable polyester not only stands up to rainy weather, it's also UV-resistant. Standard ground stakes and rope can be picked up from a local hardware store for typical outdoor conditions. For wind gusts exceeding 15 mph, we recommend picking up heavy-duty sandbags or cast-iron leg weights from a local hardware store and attaching them to each leg for added stability.
Yes. If you own an eligible VistaPrint canopy tent frame, you can order a new custom-printed canopy fabric only – no need to buy a full new set. This is a great way to update your booth branding, launch a new product or run a seasonal promotion without paying for a new frame. This option fits VistaPrint frames purchased on or after April 8, 2026. If your frame was purchased before this date, the fabric-only option may not fit correctly, and we'd recommend ordering the complete bundle instead. Please note: This canopy fabric is designed to fit VistaPrint canopy tent frames only and isn't compatible with other brands.
Yes. Telescopic legs mean that you can adjust your tent’s height up to a maximum of 11.5'.
Our portable canopy tents come in 10' x 10' or 10' x 15' sizes. When fully constructed and in place, the dimensions are: 118.5" W x 138.25" H x 118.5" D. When packed into the included carrying case for transport, the dimensions are 61.38" H x 8.37" W x 8.37" D – handy to check against your vehicle's trunk or cargo space before you order.
The tent frame weighs 36 lbs., while the polyester custom canopy fabric weighs 8.5 lbs. The entire set – frame, fabric and case – weighs a total of 51.5 lbs. Your carrying case includes wheels to make it easier to transport.
The criss-cross support poles under the tent are .5" thick.
Yes. The tent fabric is NFPA 701-certified.
Stick with vector files (.ai, .eps or .svg) when you can –.jpg images tend to blur once they're blown up to tent size. Uploading a .jpg anyway? Aim for 150 DPI or higher, and keep text at least 2" tall so it's still legible from a distance.
Before you order, use our 3D design studio to preview your tent from every angle – it's the easiest way to catch spacing issues early. Got a QR code in your design? Zoom out in the preview to do a quick scan test and make sure it still reads clearly from farther away. And keep an eye on the safe-zone guidelines in the studio. They show you which areas stay visible from all sides, so nothing important gets cut off or wraps around a corner.
Yes you can. Our custom canopy tent walls are a back wall option that attaches to your frame for added branding and privacy.
